That's right! BRAVE is designed for you to take a little action EVERY DAY for 14 days. Because a little action over a period of time can help you achieve HUGE results!

Each day you'll have a short audio from me to listen to, just to make sure you're on the right track and riding the momentum. Audios are available inside the course portal or as a private podcast you can access through your favourite podcast player! And of course there's a transcript for every lesson.

Worksheets and Reflective Prompts

There are downloadable worksheets for every day of the BRAVE challenge. You can print them out if you like some old school paper vibes, but they're also fillable so you can type directly into the worksheets as you work through the reflective prompts!

And I'll be guiding you through the process of stepping (or diving - your choice!) out of your comfort zone.  

Here are a few things you might want to know about me:

  • I'm a people-focused introvert. Which basically means I'd love to hang out with you but I'll need to hermit afterwards.
  • I'm neuro-divergent - I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 20. I tend to be a bit of a magnet for those who identify as "neuro-spicy", but you're welcome here regardless.
  • I'm an INFJ (Myers-Briggs), Generator (Human Design), S (DISC), 2 or 3 (Enneagram - depending on the day), Celebrity (Denise Duffield-Thomas' Money Archetypes) and a Capricorn Sun with Aries Rising and a Cancer Moon (old-fashioned astrology).
  • I adore animals and feel a special connection to them. I have a dog and two bearded dragon lizards of my own (one Eastern and one Central).
  • I don't particularly like travelling... I am definitely NOT the tourist-type. I prefer to be at home, but an occasional trip to a Fijian resort won't cause too much complaint! 
  • I'm a very picky eater. I do love Mexican food, coconut, lemon meringue pie, Black Forest Cake and tiramisu. Yep, I'm a sweet tooth. To the absolute detriment of my blood sugar.

Will the content be practical, spiritual or a mix of both? 

The content in BRAVE is totally on the straight and narrow, so if you aren’t into anything woo-woo, you’ll be totally looked after. BUT if you do like a little woo in your stew, there will be bonus exercises for you to complete to align your work in BRAVE with your own spiritual practices (or to help you create new ones!).
